To request professional installation (Free if you are eligible)
please submit a ticket and include all of the following info:
a) your registered domain
b) ftp hostname:
c) ftp username:
d) ftp password:
the url to your webhosting's online control panel:
e) username:
f) password:
to access the control panel
(To create the database for you)
Installations are usually completed within 48 hours. If you dont
hear from us within 4 days after your installation request,
something has probably happened to your ticket. Please contact us
and we will resolve the matter ASAP
