Troubleshooting MyDD: MyDD registers the sales correctly, but my customers are not receiving the emails

Login to your MyDD.

Under Edit -> Preferences, change your confirmation email to an
email ON the SAME domain you are hostingMyDD.

For example if your domain is:  xyz.com then change that to an email like: example@xyz.com

Also update your FROM email in your message profiles by going to View -> Message Profiles -> Change

This should resolve the problem.
