After numerous requests for assistance nothing .
Was told by elisa that I could request a refund as product does not work properly on my site .
Advised to fix php session files -but they all work fine .
Asked for more specific information -no response.
Asked what settings had been changed as now my xcart does not work This cost me time and money get tech support to provide a patch and installation to get fixed .
Still no response....... no help ,no nothing .
After 3 weeks of silence I requested a refund .Still no response. |

Interesting that you should think that you run things so smoothly when all of the following have not been attended to instead of losing them you just close them .Interesting way to deal with a problem -
How about you just do something about them ?

Socrates here...
First, let me apologize for this issue. I personally issued a refund for you today.
For the record, the reason your tickets were closed, was not because you requested a refund, but because your emails came in with an empty "from" address (showing up as localhost). Due to heavy spam issues we commonly close emails like that by default.
