...and it seems I, as many others are left on their own without support (oh yes, you've got your Support Center, but it's staffed by nobody it appears - no response whatsoever).

I won't bother to ask for a Refund; you've taken it and run and it seems there's no getting it back.

Who's mistake, though? Your move Socrates.

I personally replied to your tickets yesterday and today. I please log into your support account for my replies if you havent received your emails.
