I contacted support a week ago and have received no response. During that week, I replied to the support ticked, keeping the ticket code in the subject line, and have still not gotten a response. I also tried to contact Socrates via his blog contact form: I have heard nothing, nada, zip. I responded to the original receipt for the purchase of my DD, requesting a refund, again, I've had no response.
The invoice number is blank on my receipt for purchase ing myDD...
The ticket code for the support questions is CHY-88037-821.
You should be able to look my invoice number up by my name or email... the same email that's used for the support ticket.
Please issue a refund. Even if the product does what it says it does - which I don't know because I can't get my questions answered - I'm no longer interested in doing business with someone who does not provide support for their products, and continues to send me auto responder emails.
