Howdy Jeff,

You have some pretty good questons there Jeff, To answer
your questions I would go ahead and put them all on the 1
domain first monitor your traffic and get a good sampling
of what's happened after the change.

If the results are poor after adding the other niche items
then yes separate the niches otherwise offer the variety.

Instead of consolidating several eBooks into one I would
put them all together in a package discount deal and put
up a sales letter hilighting the package deal saying what
a bargain your lucky buyer will be getting over the folks
buying a single eBook at a time!
